Find your Size

Finding your Ring Protect size is simple—and no need to overthink it. Our rings are made from flexible silicone with a comfortable design, meaning they have plenty of give and will still fit comfortably even if you’re off by a size. You can also measure the internal diameter of your ring and refer to the millimetre sizes below.

For engagement rings, wedding bands or everyday jewellery, your Ring Protect should match the inner circumference of the ring you're protecting. Your ring size is the same as your Ring Protect size.

 

​For smart rings such as Oura/Ultrahuman, simply size up one size.

​

If your ring is thicker or you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit, or sizing down for a snugger grip.
