1.1 Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days of receipt, subject to payment clearance and stock availability.
1.2 Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
1.3 We reserve the right to cancel or delay orders in the event of stock issues, payment verification requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

 

2. Delivery Methods & Carriers

2.1 We use reputable third-party courier and postal services to deliver our orders.
2.2 The delivery method, estimated delivery time, and cost will be displayed at checkout or confirmed prior to dispatch.
2.3 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

3. Delivery Charges

4. UK Deliveries

6. Delivery Address & Receipt of Goods

6.1 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
6.2 Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
6.3 You must ensure that a responsible person is available to receive and sign for the delivery where required.

 

7. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

7.1 If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details, failure to accept delivery, or failure to collect from a courier depot, we reserve the right to charge additional delivery or re-delivery costs.
7.2 If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we may contact you to arrange re-delivery or refund, less any reasonable delivery costs incurred.

 

8. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

8.1 Please inspect your order upon delivery.
8.2 Any damaged, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 2 working days of delivery by contacting hello@ringprotect.co.uk.
8.3 This does not affect your statutory rights under consumer law.

 

9. Split Deliveries

9.1 We may occasionally split orders into multiple shipments.
9.2 You will not be charged extra delivery fees for split shipments unless agreed in advance.

 

10. Trade & Wholesale Orders

10.1 Different delivery terms may apply to trade or wholesale customers and will be confirmed separately.
10.2 Delivery dates for trade orders are estimates only.

 

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, transport disruption, extreme weather, or acts of government.
