Refund Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to purchases made from Ring Protect Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number 16533727) with its registered office at 51 Pentagon Way, Wetherby, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, LS22 6AU ("we", "us", "our").

This Policy should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions of Sale and does not affect your statutory rights.

 

1. Consumer Right to Cancel (UK & EU)

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the legal right to cancel most contracts within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us clearly within the 14-day period by contacting our Customer Support Team at hello@ringprotect.co.uk.

 

2. Returns Eligibility

2.1 Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Be in a resaleable condition

  • Be returned within 14 days of cancellation approval

2.2 This Policy applies only to products purchased directly from Ring Protect Limited via our website or authorised sales channels. It does not apply to purchases made via third-party retailers or marketplaces.

 

3. Exclusions from Returns

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless faulty or not as described:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Items purchased as part of a subscription

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

  • Event tickets (non-refundable and non-transferable)

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are incomplete

 

4. Return Authorisation

4.1 Before returning any item, you must obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number within the cancellation period by contacting our Customer Support Team at hello@ringprotect.co.uk.
4.2 Returns sent without a valid RA number may be refused.

 

5. Return Address

Once authorised, returns must be sent with the RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package to:

6. Return Shipping Costs

6.1 You are responsible for the cost of returning goods, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
6.2 We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
6.3 Original delivery charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

 

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

7.1 If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 2 working days after delivery.
7.2 Where a return is accepted due to fault or error, we will refund or replace the item and reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

 

8. Refunds

8.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
8.2 Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, in line with legal requirements.
8.3 We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the goods show signs of handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

 

9. Trade & Wholesale Customers

Different return and refund terms apply to trade or wholesale customers. Please refer to your trade agreement or contact us for further details.
